- Fórmula: If + presente, will + verbo.
- Pergunte: "Is it possible?" Se é possível, é first conditional.
- O "if" pode vir no fim, sem vírgula: We will open a ticket if it fails.

Na negativa: doesn't / don't no "if" e won't (will not) no resultado. Na pergunta, o will vai para a frente.
